The Quad City Rowing Association (QCRA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, community organization located on the Mississippi River, in Moline. Illinois. The QCRA offers opportunities for adults and high school-aged youth interested in learning to row, continuing rowing as an exercise regimen, and rowers committed to achieving excellence in national and international competition.
